I bought a home 2 years ago (only in my name) and my then girlfreind moved in with her 3 kids and has been living there since. As time has gone by I have relived that we have Nothing In common. I have ask her to leave and she told me to pack up and leave.Please i need to know my rights. She has told me that i have to leave and continue to pay my house payment because she has kids (they are not mine). Everything except cable is in my name. How do I make her move OUT....

Your girlfriend is full of hot air. You need to serve her with a move-out notice. Check your state laws to see if it would need to be a 30 day or a 60 day notice. If she doesn't move out within that time frame, then you'll need to take her to court.

Your girlfriend may have grounds to claim that she has contributed to the home that gives her rights to joint possession. This is not an eviction issue, so you would have to have grounds to do an ejectment to remove her. You might offer to pay her to move, as this could be in court where a judge might rule that she is entitled to some compensation from you.
