You should have learned your landlord tenant laws before you purchased the property. You are headed for a long, expensive learning experience. Some tenant lawyer or fair housing organization will make your life miserable. No landlord in their right mind would attempt such illegal acts. Harassment is illegal and expensive.

Advice, yes, sell your property asap as you are not clearly cut out to be a landlord!
