That depends on how much knowledge YOU have about your state's LL/T laws, and its eviction laws. Is there a lease with her, or has she ever paid you any rent ? Why do you want them out? Have you ever had to file a police report on them for any reason? The way I read your question, they seem to be living in the home YOU are living in. (however, it could be taken as it is a home you rent out, and do not live in yourself) If you were gracious enough to take them into your home in a time of need, and never asked them to pay you any rent, then you cannot evict them for non-payment of rent. An attorney may tell you to give them a 30 day notice to move out, and then do a formal eviction on them if they don't move. This forum needs more info in order to better help you.
