You have no idea what state, nor if there is a lease or rental agreement. 30 day notice is not a standard that applies everywhere as you assume. Some states, it's as little as 15 days, others it's as much as 60 days.

Besides, if there is no lease or rental agreement, then an ejection, not an eviction is the proper course of action. An ejection procedure may require the services of an attorney.
