That kind of behavior shows stupidity and no consideration and this tenant was a moron. But this is the kind of behavior I have come to expect from some tenants. Imagine what would happen if you rented to this guy. I am a landlord (female) and it is disgusting enough when some guy touches his balls right through his pants.

I had a similar situation with a family that we were showing the house to. We had spent hours repairing and cleaning the SFH until finally it was glove clean (from renting to Air Force as they know glove clean). The family split up on the tour with the mother and son going to the back of the house. I walked down the hall and discovered they were using the bathroom. The mother came out with the boy still on the toilet and complained to me that there was no toilet paper, soap, or hand towels. I was outraged. I told them to use the restroom at the gas station. Goodbye.

When showing a unit, I make sure everyone stays together. If anyone starts to make a move to wander off ... I tell them they have to stay together. I had a roommate years ago that would walk right past the downstairs bathroom to go outside and pee on the lawn! I was shocked! Told the landlord I knew why the grass would not grow in that area off the patio. Disgusting
