yup. some tenants are tenants because their tenants. My policy is to turn water off and tape toilets lid closed with sign posted that water is turned off at the meter and toilets are not to be used. I've had tenants urinate in sinks and feces in toilet bowls then re=taped. some of this is with realtor showing property and i'm sure some of it is with realtors giving lock box code out to prospects unsupervised. I've started actually taking the doors off the hinges in bathrooms on turnovers.

imagine how these people live.

and yes,....this happens with upper end properties also,....which absolutely blows my mind !!
