Form advice - Landlord Forum thread 353310

Form advice by newtothescene on July 17, 2017 @17:09

When sending an intro letter to inherited tenants informing them that the lease will be upheld..., is it wise to include a form for them to update personal any personal info?

If so can you recommend a site/link to such form/info.

thank you for your time and help

I would recommend anything you want, nothing specific. Always good to have current contact information on hand in case of an emergency. I would hope you got all necessary information from the prior owner, if not, I recommend requesting anything and everything you would need to have on hand for purposes of pursuing any lease concerns.
