People are trying to help you and you reply by calling them an ass? For a newbie landlord, you just keep screwing up.

Yes a couple of people were trying to help me and one was also making insulting comments and accusations and assumptions. I also only responded to the one person that way, granted out of frustration. I would hardly respond or reach to someone in my "normal/daily" life that way, nor do i need to explain myself to you. How i respond on here has nothing to do with how i act as a landlord. Your response to me is basically no better as you pull yourself into something that didn't involve you nor did it warrant your response/involvement.

The problem was and is, that you did not want to hear that you had a legal obligation toward your tenants. It's clear that you have no idea what to do because you are asking for advice on what to do on this forum. If you don't like the answers that are given, then don't ask the question. People were trying to help, but you just did not like the answers. Too bad.
