So call the police and see if they arrest this guy. If so the problem is solved.
But what usually happens is the police will tell you this is a court issue and a judge will need to make a ruling first.
You know how the money machine works.
You have to spend your money to get approval to legally get a trespasser out of your house. Then once you get a judge approval. You have to pay more money for a sheriff to go to the property and remove the person. Then you pay more money to remove his items from the house to the curb. Then you spend more money repairing any damages and replacing locks on the door. Other wise this guy could wait a week of so after you get the house fixed up. And give the keys to someone and the process could start over again with this guys friend.
This is just how bad are government has gotten. More rights for law breakers, more cost to hard working folks with a few dollars saved over the years.
