Thank you
I know seems a lot, and it is a lot for me, but it is the normal charge here in Vega, goes $250 who list the property in the MLS and the other to the $250 who finds the tenant. Just I will get sooner and I hope better tenants than advertising in craig list!
I remember several years back when I had property manager I had a similar case and Tenant had to pay rent until I would find a new tenant, that was the agreement. Tenant tried to help but she would get a lot of people not qualified for it, so She got really upset I did not take any of the people she wanted and still she moved out and I kept the depost, of course it was deposit not enough to cover damage, and house was vacant for 3 months. So I prefer to pay somebody to get an adecuate tenant asap. I n the other hand regarding deposit he will breach contract moving out before end of agreement and I believe here in Nevada I am entitled to deposit but I need to make sure that I do not want to run into trouble!
