Call the police for tresspass

If he is there 30 days, he is a tenant and you will have to evict him.
With the locks changed and electric in his name, you will have a hard time proving tresspass. What about the water and trash? Is that in his name, too?
And filing for bankruptcy does NOT give him free rent on your dime.
I would hire a lawyer ASAP. Like tomorrow. It costs $1k here and they take care of everything. Filing, serving, court, the lockout and locksmith. (It runs about $875 if I do it myself).
