Somebody is butt hurt lol

I bent over backwards to make this potential tenant happy.
They used thier position inside the property to renegotiate prices ect

they were comeplete novice to the situation. When finally getting ahold of them to speak to them about signing and the money then and only then did they talk about repairs need to be made, thats after 3 days of avoiding and locking me out. had two large guard dogs. I made exceptions on the breed restriction, I even got a quote for dog insurance, since land lord insurance has a list.

They actually thought they would pay half a security deposit because the house was "a mess" yes it was a mess after I got them out.

they didnt even understand secuirty deposits are to help cover damage they do in the future, not for repairs they want. they are entitled 23 year olds. turns out they were in major credit card debt command told me. CC monthly payments totaled over 800 a month.
