Probably you want 100% of the rent jointly and severally with parents as co-signers.
You'd like like Moochette to pay AND vaporize off the face of the Earth because it chafes your hide that she's breathing your air and brazenly parking her car in front of your house.
I get it. I really do.

But step back a little. Unless she's a stone cold psychopath, she has not thought this through. She's going through a hard time and her friends are trying to help her out. She's giving you the run-around because she's short of cash and if it's a toss up between Starbucks and you, she'll pick a $5 coffee because $5 isn't going to solve her rent problem.

Write up a new lease the way you want it. Put an overnight guest limit clause in because I'm betting they would like to invite her to leave but don't know how to.

Evicting the entire bunch would be a mistake mainly because an eviction stays on your credit for time and all eternity.
Moochette is on her way out and you have that 6th girl in place. Let it go.

If you want, sue Moochette in Small Claims Court and hope your case gets picked up by Judge Judy. She really hates non-paying tenants.
