I sold my house to my sister. she passed away.. we didn't go to title a company her idea she didn't want ex husband to get it now its going to probate court and ex husband is executor they had one son do I need a lawyer for that

Did your sisters will name an executor? How was the ex-husband named executor? Lawyer up!

Ex husband just won the pay day. Depending on the age of son. If under 18 under the care of the father. The Husband can sell the house and use the proceeds to care for his son. Spending the money however he sit fit. Seems like the Sister never up-dated the will. Other wise the ex would not be listed as executor.

Baloney, no ex-husband is the Executor without there being an agreement. Lawyer!
