As I always show the units while still occupied, I could never allow that process.

I almost never have a vacant unit. I and my guys can clean and repair a unit over night. We do it about once a year.

As I rent to more college kids than anyone else...I know that the current tenants will move mid-summer...and the next tenants want to see and sign for a place in March. It is the ways it works,
