in Pennsylvania, a judgment creates a lien or cloud on the title to the property ...no further step is required to "perfect" the lien ...just get your judgment and it shows up

The landlord is im NJ, the ex-tenant is in NC. The landlord has to pay a fee and get the state of NC to regconize the NJ judgement. Don't really know if the landlord has a judgement or not?

Yes I had the foreign judgement transfer and paid the fee but she got away with it anyway. I don't know what else can be done other than have her fill out a discovery which she would have to release where her bank accounts are, right?
