Re: Oregon carpet law??? - Landlord Forum thread 353971

Re: Oregon carpet law??? by Coquette22 (Oregon) on August 23, 2017 @11:26

Yesterday I was told by an attorney at Oregon Legal Aid that there is no such law in Oregon requiring a landlord to replace the carpeting in a unit after 5 or 10 or 20 years. She said I could request they replace it, but I can't require them to do so. If there is such a law requiring them to do so, can someone please direct me to the website where it shows that? Thank you.
