Any property insurance you guys would like to recommend?

Quite a few of them don't insure more than 4 units... like Allstate and State Farm. I use a small company for my larger multi unit buildings, Tuscarora Wayne but they're expensive and I heard from an independent insurance adjuster that they are loathe to pay out on claims. I have the insurance for catastrophic coverage. All the small stuff like a tree falling and ripping out the electric meter, I don't submit. Call insurance brokers. They often deal with more than one company.
