If this is a standard refrig with the freezer on top, go take a look at the freezer to see if it's jam-packed with food. if it is, the T must take out enough food to make it only 3/4 full. the fan in the freezer needs to be able to move the air around and down to the refrig part. if it can't do that, it cant keep the refrig part cool enough. What brand is the refrig ? I bought a "Haier" brand new 2 years ago, and last week it was not cooling. The app. repairman I sent out, said it had a leak on the compressor line. He said that brand is junk. That losing the coolant happens a lot, and it takes months to get parts for it. I won't buy that brand ever again.
