Re: Is it okay to pay the owner twice in every month? - Landlord Forum thread 354399

Re: Is it okay to pay the owner twice in every month? by Kathleen on September 25, 2017 @23:22

"every 15th month we're paying our rent"
Your rent is due the 15th of the month.

"but recently the owner told us to pay them twice a month"
Your landlord either wants or will accept bi-monthly payments. Has the rent been continually late or short? Did the tenant ASK to pay every other week to coincide with paydays or did the LL come up with this out of the blue

"ike a cash advance"
That makes no sense.

Is that okay for us to pay them this week and then next month we pay them again!"
You would be paying on the 1st and 15. No surprise there.

"And then they tell us that if we dont pay them they will feel lose lol that's funny"
I don't understand this statement.
