I agree with the anon. I stopped chasing tenants 25 years ago. I just took my lumps(losses), fixed and cleaned up places, and rented them out again. However, in this day and age, you may be able to find them on Facebook, or similar venues, easier than in the past. But do not "warn" other people, as it is only your opinion as to how bad they left your place. Besides, if you find them, and eventually take them to court, do you really think they will have any money for you to get. It will cost you a lot of time, and money out of your own pocket, just to make you "feel good", with probably no financial payback. As the anon said, learn from your mistakes, and move forward.
