We go in once a year for inspection and every so often when repairs are call for. I don't mind her being there, but just the feeling that they maybe hiding something.

Not everyone is comfortable having people in their homes when they are away. You as the landlord are the owner, yes, but the legal document (the lease) makes it the tenant's home for the duration...which just happens to include the right to be there whenever they want to. Why is their presence in the home in which they live that much of a concern for you? They live there!
