Quite understandable these days. Would you want somebody in your home when you are not there? I do not like going into a tenants home when there are not there. I just prefer they be there, not a requirement just a preference.

Yes like I said I don't mind, but it just become inconvenient when the repair guy has opening and we have to arranged according to their schedule.

Who is it inconvenient for...the repair people? They don't care, that's why it's a 'schedule.' You schedule an appointment and they show up. This isn't a problem for anyone but you because you think your tenants are 'sneaky.'
