Does anyone here works with erentpayment.com?
I had been with them for several years and I never have a problem but this time I am not getting the money I contacted them and they say they had a problem with their bank and from Tuesday they tell me I will have the money next day but the money is not in my account. Just wondering if anyone had problems too? . Just scare erentpayment is taking off with my money!

Who is "They"? Erentpayment or the tenant? Seems to be an issue with the tenants bank fund transfer or that the tenant lacks any funds in their bank account. If the tenant paid cash to erentpayment, then the issue lies with them. You can file a complaint with your states consumer protection agency.

Erentpayment does not hold the money, they only facilitate the process between the tenants bank and your bank. If this is taking longer than five days, you should ask for a written response as to why and how this can be prevented in the future. We have over six hundred tenants who use erentpayments and only twice that I remember that payment was delayed by more than five days. Both times, it was due to the tenants bank slow in responding.

I received the same message regarding eRentPayment's bank being the problem. This is horrible service. Did you get any resolution Sandra? Thanks, Andre

I have used them for years, and now I am having the same problem as you are. I still don't have my money. Not sure what to do. This is ridiculous - that anyone can keep your money for so long!

I e-mailed erentpayment. They have a website that they're posting updates on: https://support.erentpayment.com/Main/ Click on "delayed October payments" at the bottom. This isn't looking good.
