Erentpayment does not hold the money, they only facilitate the process between the tenants bank and your bank. If this is taking longer than five days, you should ask for a written response as to why and how this can be prevented in the future. We have over six hundred tenants who use erentpayments and only twice that I remember that payment was delayed by more than five days. Both times, it was due to the tenants bank slow in responding.

In this case , we are talking over 10 days if you go to their facebook page you will see so many people upset about it. They tell us that is their bank but you can imagine the stress, may be it is not erent but may be their bank took off with our money. It is very stressful. They tell you we arrange with the bank and the money would be there tomorrow and this is everyday for the last week now they say on monday but I guess if I do not have it on mnday I will have to tell my tenants to see if the can contact their bank and getthe money bank I do not know what else to do I need the money

you state you have over 600 tenants , what is your situation today ? did you get the money of your 600 tenants? So far I know 75 people did not get their money and it is over 2 weeks! I would like to know really because this is a serious matter what ever is the problem they had it is out there a lot of people like me
