bit of true story humor here. you misspelled realty and reality. your story is,... a reality in the landlording business.

By running both SSA #s thru credit, you can find out which one matches the name,.....or neither. The wrong SSA# could have been an innocent sloppy mistake by the management company. Actions speak louder than words and a prompt paying tenant is a good tenant. You might explain that your insurance company and the taxing authorities requires accurate tenant ID info.
