Contact your State Attorney Generals Office to see if they will investigate and take action. Or if your State has a Consumer Protection Agency, then contact them also.

It seems that the bank is holding Erentpayment funds and taking some time on releasing them. Erentpayment is looking for temporary funding to make payments to their customers. Don't know what bank it is or why the bank is not releasing the funds. Just appears that Erentpayment is at the mercy of their new bank.

Thank you. I do not understand this: the bank is withholding the money, is not their money. they do not have authority to our money. erentayment should be the one telling the bank what the bank has to do with our money not the bank.
