I am sure the rental agreement (end of the lot) allows you to evict for any criminal behavior. Also, those leases always contain language about endangering any other tenants in the park

You can sure ban him. Get an order of protection.

As for her....just inform her that her fiancé is banned from the park. You will proceed against her if she allows him back onto the premises
