Business is business. Evicted if they don't clean up.
Sound like they are making a garbage dump out of your property. Serve proper notice. Move forward to evict everyone. The kids will learn a valuable life lesson.

to me, family is family and the business part of this situation is miniscule. tell your son the car must be removed per your municipality ... unless very rural, I'd imagine most municipalities all have ordinances about nonrunning vehicles. as for the rest, let your boys live their lives with their own judgment calls
