you need to send five day notice to cure the bounce check which includes any late fees and return check fees. (nevada state laws say a return check fee cannot be greater than $25). After five days, if the tenant has not made good on payment, the landlord can file for eviction. No notice, no eviction.

      I don't have one but I am so tired with this tenant that I am thinking to get one!
      I told him to bring the cashier check at noon at my office, which is a real state office.
      When I arrive at 3 pm to collect the check , of course he didn't go, when I texted he came with the excuse he was between shifts and aftr asked me to collect the check at his work!
      I told him No sorry bring it to my office and he did.
      But I am tired of his games, I will ask somebody else at my office to take care of this house! no worth the stress
