I've had this happen...
Angry ex-husband showed up and disturbed quite a few people. I was assured by the ex wife it wouldn't happen again. I advised her if it did, I would be calling the police.
Needless to say, a few days later it happened again and I filed (and was awarded) a restraining order against the ex. He was not only threatening his ex wife, but other tenants as well.
