Thank you for your reply. The Eviction the eviction process on October 16th due to unpaid a whole month has past by. Sec 8 was notified case worker stated that was a T. and LL. issue . T failed to pay for 2 months as of Oct 27, and was evicted by the courts. T was forcibly removed by the sheriff on November 16, with with past due rent. T. still has a balance and holds the home hostage with T. furniture.
