Lease states and details Ground maintenance, but T would not pay for LIME treatment service included as part of Lawn Care service. Should T pay this service fee or not?
7. MAINTENANCE, REPAIRS OR ALTERATIONS > GROUNDS Tenant shall be required to irrigate and maintain any surrounding grounds, including the trimming of lawns, trees, shrubbery and keep same clear of leaves, rubbish and weeds. Yard services, including, but not limit to, lawn mowing, leaf cleaning, fertilize, aerate, grass overseeding are pre-subscribed. Tenant shall assume responsibility for yard maintenance / services fees. Tenant is responsible for snow and ice removal from walks, driveways, steps and any areas where safety should be observed. It is agreed that Tenant shall not use any salt on stoops or walkways. Calcium chloride is recommended instead for de-icing, and is not harmful to the masonry.
