Periodic inspections and immediate action
>> I understand "There is no substitute for the landlord or property manager visiting the rental.". My rental is single family house having both front and back and 2 small side yards.

I always gave notices to my Tenants regarding everything - repair, getting quotes from Contractors and Landscaping, etc. I also take advantage to check and photo on the yard maintenance whenever Contractors and Landscaping require Own be present.

But, T is not happy. Can T sue L (me) b/c my photo on the yard?

When I started overhaul I didn’t know what to do with floors. I have been always a big fan of classic floor designs, but classic doesn’t mean usual. And these designs https://antonovich-design.com/our-works/flooring-design/classic-floor-design.html are best proof to my words. Due to this company my place is completely transformed into royal palace. I’m so glad about this!
