If you did not give proper notice to enter the rental property, then yes, you can be arrested and charged with trespassing. If proper notice was given, then your concern should be not to photograph any of the tenants personal property that are protected by privacy laws.

Again, T is always informed 24 hours before each visit.

Again, photo only on the yard condition and the work result of Home repairs and improvement. Who would be interesting in T's furniture and personal belongs and photos on them?
