1. 1-year team Lease, expired on 08/31/2018.

2. Why they want to move out? I do not know the reasons.

I know - they are NOT financially qualified during my Tenant screen, but have rich CEO uncle to pre-pay the whole year rent plus 2-month deposit.

Since T cannot move out before LEASE expires, T use many reasons "Health and Safe", want the money back and move out.

3. L would not break LEASE to ask T out.
