Mike,
I use Driver License Number to run Tenant Credit Report.
Sometimes, my Tenant Credit Report tells much more current stories than Realtor's version.
For example, one Tenant Candidate got thousand dollars collection, but Realtor's version showed no collection.

This is VERY true. I remember last time an RE agent was telling someone over the phone who to fix their credit report before applying for an apartment so I know they will try to erase any issues which they can erase.
