Landlord has never cashed rent in 3 years by Anonymous (CO) on January 31, 2018 @20:44

Long story short in the complex I stay in has multiple individuals. Noone has either
A.paid rent in years.
B. Has paid rent but landlord has NEVER CASHED A SINGLE CHECK IN YEARS.
So can my question is this:
If I've been paying by money orders. And my financial institution wants to return the money because it's been longer then they can hold it. Am I legally obligated to still pay for those months?
Considering it's been over 3 years now.
Thanks

You've stayed in a place for 3 years paying rent by money order, but pretty sure the landlord has not cashed the money orders?

What's changed that made you concerned all of a sudden?
