Instead of raging at me like an unstable person, read what I actually said. If there's no money, you get no money. If they have money and don't pay, they get held in contempt of court.
Unfortunately, what you have to do is think about what's in your best interest. In cases like this, what's in your best interest is to *move on*. Get your unit re-rented, think about what went wrong with this tenant and do your best to not repeat that.
