Hi - You don't have a landlord/tenant problem. You have a friendship/money problem. Don't mix friends and money.

I agree but at this point I need to know legally if I can give her the 5 days to move since there are no written contracts etc. I was told I could but just need to make sure. Any suggestions or do you know if she has rights even though I own my home??
