And most of the time, the smaller electrician/plumbing/carpenter businesses do better work than the bigger companies.
I also would 100% do away with any type of home warranty junk, it's all a gimmick. The explanation of only covering a part that failed in a hot water heater and not the tank itself explains that it's a gimmick in itself. Good luck!
