Go thru the proper step to evict the person giving proper notice. Take pictures of all T items. Send notice that items will be disposed of in 30 days if she does not pay the rent for the storage unit.
Be prepared to pay for lost property and allegations that the T tells the judge. But at least you can get her out.
Un-fortunately T have a lot more rights mostly due to sorry judges. Hopefully you get a good judge that can end this situation.
I currently have a rental that has been un-rented 3 months due to sorry T with past evictions felony records and poor credit. I'll wait for a decent T.
