The LPA has a Lease Purchase Option agreement if you want to rent with the option to buy.
I used the form in PA and it made it all very easy to understand.
If anything, you may learn a few ideas just by reading the paperwork whether you decide to do a lease option or not.

Not have a chance to see a lot of the details on options to buy in real estate. But I have a lot of experience in stock options it is how I make a good living.

I be VERY CAREFUL and make sure I under stand the numbers behind it AND IT CAN BE VERY COMPLICATE and HARD to know if you are getting a fair deal.

Here is what I say unless you think the property is going down in value. They would either have to pay you more of the normal rent, or a sum of money, or a future purchase price that is more then the current value of the property, or all of these to secure the option to buy.

Also an option is just that they have a "option to buy" they don't have to buy. If the value of the property crash they don't have to exercise their option to buy the property.
