Is there a question here? I'm sorry that you lost your case. It shows that as plaintiffs, we must be able to prove your cases. The next time you rent the restaurant out, be sure to take pics of everything you own, and have docs as to all your purchases. And have it written in the new lease agreement as to what stays in the place if someone leaves. Also remember, if you own a piece of equipment, and it breaks down thru normal use, you may have to buy a new piece of equipment at your expense.

I'm sorry this happened to you it's very sad to see things like this, where are the police what are they doing? I think that the best option would be to take all the kitchen equipment and commercial countertop equipment in rent and for that I would advise you to turn to https://ianboer.com.au/counter-top/ and the most important thing is to insure all this and install as many CCTV cameras as possible to prevent such cases in the future.
