Wait to see if she take you to court. If she files, then counter sue her. Un-less you are going to file for the money you said she owed.

She is probably just trying to scare you about filing for your claim of money due from her.

If you are going to chase the money down then file to go to court. Other wise I would just forget it. Getting a judgment is not money until you collect it.
