I agree with everything John said. And I would add 1 thing more. She no longer lives with you, so STOP ALL CONTACT with her. DO NOT phone, text, or email her. If she tries to contact you, DO NOT ANSWER BACK. Only answer a letter from the courts if one comes to you. There are TONS of people out there that threaten to sue someone, but only about 5% ever actually follow thru with it.
