Go over today, and place a minimum 24 hour notice on their door that you and the maintenance person will be there on Friday at xxxx time to go inside the home to see if the tenant has moved everything out. (make copies of the notice, so you have them if you need to go to court) If you knock, and no one comes to the door, then use your key to let yourself in. If someone comes to the door, and won't let you in, about all you can do is file against them in court as a holdover tenant next w3eek. If they are still there Friday you could put another notice on on the door that you will come on Sunday and Monday both, to see if you can get in. Then file on Monday if you can't. Giving them extra time is better than getting the police involved, or the Ts getting so mad at you, that they cause damage to your place on the way out. DO NOT try to force you way in.
