Make sure they have renters insurance that will cover both them and you, for any injuries to humans or property. If they don't have renters ins., tell them they MUST get it before the party, or they cannot have the bounce house. The 2 biggest problems with the houses, are kids jumping into each other and getting injured, or a heavy wind comes up, and blows the bounce house all over the place, which injures the kids inside, and damages property.
