Cost of rerenting on broken lease by Moe (Illinois) on February 28, 2018 @18:59

Can I deduct cost of travel such as rental car and airfare when a lease is broken? Cost of rerenting clause is in the lease but not specifically theses items.

Could you give us some more info? Where do you live, and where is your rental? What might it cost for airfare, a rental car, and hotel lodging? Is there a management company in the town where your rental is, and if so, have you checked out their prices to take over management of your rental? In general, what does your re-renting clause say?
