There is no protection for ll's. Never will be. Y our tenant may or may not actually. Need a companion pet. Or she simpl y didn't want to post the additional pet money. Her being young and living in a modest rent apt leads me to believe it's a money issue. If she's a good tenant, ...let it alone,....inspect frequently for damage and collect promptly and repair. Just as an aside, from your post it seems you might have """just dropped by"""" unannounced and unscheduled. You don't want to be doing that,....for a Miriad of reasons.

Yeah I tend to agree with you on the reasoning. Know this building has a central area of laundry that I keep clean of dirt and debris on the floor and fluff from the dryer so now I wasn't in her apartment but the kitty wanted to come out and hang out with me :-)
